I’m Alyssa Florio MS CCC-SLP, owner and founder of Hear Me Roar Speech Therapy. Originally from Lancaster PA, I moved to Baltimore 11 years ago and have fallen in love with Charm City! While I started my career in outpatient rehab, I’ve found that the early intervention and elementary-aged populations are my true passion. I am committed to helping your child build confidence and become the best communicator they can be- while having FUN!

I graduated from Loyola University Maryland with my MS in Speech Language Pathology in 2015. I am licensed by the state of Maryland and certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA.)

When I’m not reading up on the latest research, I enjoy exploring the city with my husband and son.
